What were your before and after weights?
WTF, Shop-you can't even smile? I guess it will make your after picture look even more amazing.
TFG - my before weight was 201 in these pictures. I still have 4 weeks left give or take a few days but I'm currently 185. I am hoping that my final weight at the end of the 12 weeks will be less than 180.
